The Role / Who We Are Looking For
- Transform our clients with effective technical end to end delivery.
- Day to day hands on coding, collaborative working.
- Communicate with our clients throughout the development process.
- Support other engineers and be an active team player / mentor to more junior engineers.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through peer-review, in team mentoring, and sharing best practice.
- Agile, both in the delivery methodology and in ability to technically react.
- Be able to contribute to the over arching technical design (including implementation, pipelines, testing, delivery) of web applications.
- Understanding of the principles of accessibility (never deliberately excluding anyone)
Skills & Experience
- Extensive working knowledge of a range of technologies such as React, Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience with Azure and ARM templates .
- Working knowledge of continuous integration processes and pipelines.
- Excellent, in-depth understanding of BDD, TDD and SOLID principles.
- In-depth experience in rock-solid Object Oriented programming, enterprise integration skills and microservice architecture skills.
- Love clean code, love helping others achieve it
- A good understanding of WCAG 2.2 would be preferable
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.

- Keen to share that passion with their colleagues and clients
- Able to “speak geek”… the ability to articulate to non-technical people, technical concepts in a way they understand
- Organised and able to manage your own workload and assist others planning theirs
Professional attributes
- Experienced enough to be able to size up / estimate work
- Familiar with the public sector (preferable)
- Experience working as / for a partner (preferable)
- Experience working with senior people within clients
