Requirements * A natural relationship builder with strong commercial awareness and high emotional intelligence. * A self-starter who’s driven, confident, and fearless on the phone and in person. * Someone with a proven background in B2B field sales, ideally in construction, commercial rental, or related sectors. * A proactive doer – you’re not afraid to make mistakes, as long as you’re learning and moving forward. * A true hunter with strong influencing skills (DISC: High I), who thrives in an environment where your success is up to you. What’s on Offer: * £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (negotiable for the right person) * £35,000 – £40,000 bonus potential based on clear performance KPIs * £500 monthly car allowance * 23 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service * Birthday off, long-service recognition, and more * Strong onboarding, training, and mentoring from a supportive Sales Director and leadership team This is your chance to build something from the ground up and be recognised for what you achieve.
