We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to be part of our landmark development at Central Quay, Cardiff. This is a fixed term contract until July 26, based on-site at the historic former Brains Brewery site. Your Role: As Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our site team, including Construction Directors, Project Managers, and Site Managers, ensuring smooth operations and positive interactions across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site teamMaintain accurate and accessible project records and documentationCoordinate site visitors and manage communicationsSupport general site presentation and organisationAttend site meetings and produce clear, professional minutesManage stationery supplies and maintain the subcontractor directory What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within construction or property developmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systemsA proactive, collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment
