Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Training Specialist to join a fast-growing company in the Learning & Development sector. You will be responsible for delivering impactful training experiences to clients, both in-person and online, helping individuals and teams leverage their strengths using the Strengthscope tool.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver core Strengthscope training experiences to clients around the world (in-person and virtual).
- Design and curate engaging training content using blended learning methodologies.
- Support clients in embedding Strengthscope knowledge and application in their teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity over delivery expectations and client needs.
- Maintain high training satisfaction scores through excellent delivery and client engagement.
- Follow company processes to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
- Contribute to the growth and engagement of the Strengthscope community.
Your superpowers:
- Experience in training delivery (in-person and virtual) within an L&D team (1-3 years).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, able to engage diverse and senior audiences.
- Knowledge of the strengths-based approach (Strengthscope certification is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Competitive salary (£32,500 – £37,500 per annum, based on experience).
- 30 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) and an extra day off for your birthday.
