1st Step Solutions Ltd (Mechanical & Electrical Recruitment Specialists)\\n\\nWe're currently working on behalf of a key client to support a large-scale, long-term commercial project in Plymouth, offering immediate starts with work secured through to 2031 and beyond!\\n\\nProject Overview\\n\\nLocation: Plymouth, Devon\\nProgramme: Long-term works secured to 2031+ \\n\\nRole Available – Immediate Starts \\n\\nElectrical Project Manager \\n\\nSalary: Up to £75k (Perm) | £450 – £500 per day (Freelance)\\nLocation: Plymouth\\nDuration: 2031 onwards\\nInitial Works: £20m (including £8m M&E bolt-on)\\nFuture M&E Works: £30m – £40m \\n\\n(Money is negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
