Description Client is seeking a sharp Project Director for a challenging project for a Global Retail client Project based in the Midlands with a construction cost of £75 Million. You will have a network across the supply chain, clients and external consultants. This will help you hit the ground running and fall back on past experiences delivering on site. The Chief Operations Officer is looking to appoint someone that can grow into an Operational Role handling a portfolio in the Midlands region. Our Client * Group Turnover in excess of £1 Billion at present * Extremely profitable (Companies House Confirms) * Huge inhouse capability You have experience looking after the full scope of work from client & stakeholder management, driving project teams, handling risk, costs and contracts alongside the Regional Commercial Manager for the Midlands. You will understand team spirit and have the ability to get the most out everyone around him/her, this includes sub-contractors, stakeholders & team mates.
