Description Client is seeking a sharp Project Director for a challenging project for a Global Retail client Project based in the Midlands with a construction cost of £75 Million. You will have a network across the supply chain, clients and external consultants. This will help you hit the ground running and fall back on past experiences delivering on site. The Chief Operations Officer is looking to appoint someone that can grow into an Operational Role handling a portfolio in the Midlands region. Our Client * Group Turnover in excess of £1 Billion at present * Extremely profitable (Companies House Confirms) * Huge inhouse capability You have experience looking after the full scope of work from client & stakeholder management, driving project teams, handling risk, costs and contracts alongside the Regional Commercial Manager for the Midlands. You will understand team spirit and have the ability to get the most out everyone around him/her, this includes sub-contractors, stakeholders & team mates. If you are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure project success you can expect to be locked in by this employer and rewarded well with plenty of career growth. Yes the role will be challenging, stressful and dynamic like any Project Director opportunity but have you got the mindset, people skills and attitude to sail the rough seas so to speak.
