Mechanical Project Manager – Stratford\\n\\nSSA are currently working with a leading mechanical and electrical services contractor, delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across commercial, residential, education, and technology sectors.\\n\\nAs a Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical packages on complex commercial and residential building projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Lead mechanical project delivery from design through to handover.\\n\\n * Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project targets.\\n\\n * Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications.\\n\\n * Oversee quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental standards\\n\\nIdeal Candidate\\n\\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in MEP contracting.\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.\\n\\n * Excellent commercial awareness and contract management skills
