The impact you\’ll have
Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, in an exciting and fast paced Treasury function. This role is ideal for someone who has a can-do attitude, is looking to grow their Treasury experience and strives to improve Treasury processes.
There is an exciting mix of operational and analytical work. You will get exposure to all aspects of operational Treasury including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, compliance, working capital and currency exposure. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders to add value to the business.
Your role:
- Run the daily cash management operations to inform decisions on investments and funding decisions, working closely with our banking counterparties and with recommendations based on analysis against forecast
- Execute FX and MM trades in a timely manner and within tracked credit limits and covenant guidelines
- Prepare the weekly 13-week Cashflow forecast by partnering with business colleagues to ensure confidence in cash flow input, identify potential funding risks and provide variance analysis
- Based on business needs validate, align and distribute the bank mandates, counterparty contacts and standard settlement instructions
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly compliance reports and covenant letters for review by the Assistant Treasurer
- Work with the Assistant Treasurer to identify and implement process improvements within the Treasury Management system (Kyriba) and support on Treasury projects

- A great team player with the confidence and ability to work autonomously when required
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and act decisively
- Maintain key relationships with banking counterparties
- Knowledge of foreign exchange instruments
Desirable (optional)
- Knowledge and understanding of the travel sector
- Experience of Kyriba or other Treasury management system
- G-Suite experience, including Looker
- RBS (Bankline) and Santander online banking platform experience advantageous
