A fast-growing and dynamic FMCG brand with sales across both its own e-commerce channels and leading retailers is looking for a Supply Chain Planner. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock management and ensuring consistently high product availability across the full range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Product Availability : Balance stock levels to support growth while minimising waste and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with Partners : Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure reliability and service excellence.
  • Resolve Operational Challenges : Identify and address the root causes of supply issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate Across Functions : Work closely with sourcing, packaging, and logistics teams to align planning throughout the value chain.
  • Data-Led Planning : Produce timely reports on stock levels and coverage, supporting decisions with robust analysis.
  • Champion Best Practices : Share knowledge and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
  • Drive Efficiency : Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve capacity, and lower costs through strategic planning.
  • Ensure System Accuracy : Maintain integrity of planning and financial systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date production data.

Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in a quantitative or STEM-based field.
  • Analytical, curious, and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Confidence in using Excel to conduct data analysis.
  • Ideally, 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, either in consultancy or FMCG.
