Team Leadership & Engagement
- Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset

- Maximise the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling, delivering the brand image proposition to enhance the customer journey

- Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
Operations
- Manage store staffing hours, review effectiveness, and make recommendations to regional management to optimise coverage, productivity, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and onboard a high-performing team
