Job Title: Sheet / Pressed Metal Manager Location: Gloucester Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week Role Overview As Sheet / Pressed Metal Manager, you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for the efficient operation of the shop floor. This includes managing stock control, ensuring that work is scheduled in accordance with site programmes, and overseeing the production and dispatch processes. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the production process and resources in line with the production schedule. * Cross-check timesheets against the production schedule to ensure accuracy. * Identify opportunities for setting key performance indicators (KPIs). * Provide guidance in setting up machines on the shop floor. * Oversee and control stock levels to meet production needs. * Ensure projects are completed on time while upholding strict quality assurance (QA) standards.
