This is a great opportunity for an immediately available Part-Time, experienced Payroll Assistant to join a growing, established and supportive company based in Kidlington on a temporary basis of 4-5 months! Please note that the company will accept both full and part-time applicants. Client Details The company is renowned in their field and are gaining a global presence! They have on-site parking and operate a hybrid working policy. Description The Part-Time Payroll Assistant will: Process monthly payroll efficiently and accurately across the organisation for 1000 UK employees Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions Administer payroll benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant policies Handle and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance at all stages Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies Prepare reports on payroll information as required Profile The Payroll Assistant will be/have; End to end Payroll experience Knowledge of Payroll systems, software\’s and procedures Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills
