This role focuses oncustomer engagementrather than acquisition, ensuring compelling and consistent brand messaging across various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging content and copy for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
• Support the creation of marketing strategies that align with brand messaging and audience needs.
• Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
• Craft multi-channel content to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content for different marketing platforms.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum5+ years of experiencein marketing content and copywriting, with a strong focus onretail banking.
• Expertise in developingcustomer engagementstrategies through compelling marketing content.
• Proven track record inmulti-channel content creation, including digital, email, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand messaging and tone consistency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
