DCT Recruitment are working with, a leading kitchen manufacturer, who are looking to appoint a competent Kitchen Remedial Engineer to cover the North West area. This role involves visiting customers homes and new housing developments to complete remedial works on previously installed kitchens.
The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen installation, excellent time management skills, be reliable, trustworthy, and hold a clean driving licence. As you will be working directly with customers, a polite and courteous manner alongside a neat and tidy appearance is essential.
Key Duties
Re-hanging kitchen doors
Replacing hinges
Replacing plinths
Aligning doors for perfect fit and finish
Installing kitchen appliances (no maintenance on appliances or electrical/mechanical work required)
Requirements
Proven experience in kitchen installation or remedial kitchen work
Strong time management and organisational skills
Reliable and trustworthy
Clean driving licence
Professional, polite and courteous when dealing with customers
Neat and tidy appearance
CSCS card would be advantageous but is not essential
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 4:30pm
Holidays: 28 days including Bank Holidays
Company van and tools provided for employed candidates
Role also available as self-employed
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Our client is Employee Owned Trust. After a 12-month qualifying period, the successful candidate will be eligible for profit sharing, with up to £3,600 of any profit share bonus paid tax free.
