About the role:
You\’ll take ownership of a specialist desk – either in a field you already know or one you\’re keen to grow into. With support from a collaborative and experienced team, you\’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Win new business through networking and outreach
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates
- Offer consultative support and market insights to clients and candidates
- Build a reputation for delivering real value, not just hitting targets
