Duty Manager (The Pods) – Scunthorpe Salary: Grade 6 £28,624 to £31,586 per year Location Scunthorpe Hours: Average 37 hours per week on a 3 week rota DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 15 days at 23:59 GMT. The Vacancy The successful applicant will be responsible to manage the facilities operationally on a daily basis. This will include health & safety, cash handling, programme set up, staff management and development. You will be exemplary in your leadership and have hands on approach to support all departments. Excellent communication is a necessity and you will liaise with management, employees and the public on a daily basis. Operational standards are of paramount importance and the public\’s expectations should be exceeded within a safe environment. It is essential that you can demonstrate on your application form that you meet the essential criteria for this post, this can be found in the job description and employee specification attached to this advert in the documents.
