What Youll Be Doing:
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on vehicle chassis and mounted equipment

  • Performing servicing and maintenance to high standards

  • Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections and ensuring compliance with Department of Transport regulations

  • Using diagnostic software and tools to identify and fix issues

  • Logging all work accurately using PDA software

  • Traveling to customer sites across the UK

  • Communicating clearly with customers and delivering excellent service

  • Supporting health and safety procedures and completing risk assessments

What Were Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance

  • Experience in a similar field service or workshop engineering role

  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

  • Knowledge of vehicle technology and compliance standards

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours

Desirable:

  • Experience with electric vehicles

  • IRTEC qualification
