Job Title: Graphic Designer
Duration: 12 months
Location: Barrow-in-Furness
Hourly Rate: £20 PAYE or £26.76 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 2 days on-site per fortnight, potential for more when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with many to publish a suite of integrated business outcomes, aligned to company brand standards.
- Engagement with and influence of senior level stakeholders and project teams through change management, communication and engagement processes.
- Design and development of interactive communication and engagement content.
- Generation of concepts and translation into published outputs; combine text and visuals to communicate ideas through layout of publication pages and SharePoint intranet pages
- Capture user feedback to improve published designs.
- Organise information, write and edit text, prepare and design illustrations, brochures ..
Skills & Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Cloud Applications; InDesign, Illustrator – mandatory
- Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong grammar and vocabulary
- Documentation skills and the ability to produce visually appealing content
- Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively gather information
- An enquiring mind with attention to detail
