You’ll be at the heart of driving marketing campaigns for the Babymoov brand in the UK. An important cog in the marketing wheel, you’ll be expected to be involved at all levels, (including delivering our ecommerce marketing plan, reporting e-shop sales, and managing creative social media platforms and all PPC campaigns)
The purpose of this role will be to create, develop and implement strategies to build on the existing brand awareness, drive sales on and offline, manage external communications.
This job is full of variety and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. The marketing executive’s regular to do list will include:

Assisting with company’s social media – Instagram, facebook, Tiktok

Creating regular digital newsletters (trade & consumer)

Managing Google ad account to ensure PPC ads are running optimally

Website back-office maintenance (copywriting, product page optimisation, keywords, SEO)

Creating, monitoring & assessing the results of marketing campaigns and promotions

Assisting the Web Manager in writing reports and analysing data
-
Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns

Creation of product image and copy assets for retail customers

Communicating with key clients & supporting their requirements for brand pages, blogs, email newsletter content

Liaising with key parenting media, influencers and potential collaborators
2 years of marketing experience under their belt
-
Have a strong relevant education in marketing or English
-
Have experience working with social media – Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook

Be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail

Be results driven, able to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines

Have some knowledge/experience in SEO

Be a strong communicator and able to work well in a team

Be a talented and creative copywriter

Have some design experience
The successful marketing exec will also have plenty of energy and initiative and be driven, ambitious and bursting with ideas.
Education
A Minimum of 5 GCSEs with good pass in English Language
A Level English preferred and/or CIM qualifications:
Introductory Certificate in Marketing
Professional Certificate in Marketing
Professional Diploma in Marketing
Key skills: Canva (not essential), copywriting, CMS programme (website back-office) useful, front-end web development (banners, app…), experience or basic knowledge in adwords / PPC management, social media (including PPC ads), e-marketing (digital newsletter creation, Klaviyo, Mailjet or MailChimp experience
Normal hours are 8:30-5:30, Monday to Friday, although these can be flexible
