Learning Support Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school on an exciting journey, with a brand-new, state-of-the-art site opening in September 2027, offering modern facilities and a growing student body, perfect for career progression.

The Role:
This is a varied and rewarding role, where no two days are the same. You will:

• Provide targeted support to key students, including those with EHCPs (a few hours per week).
• Support whole-class teaching to ensure all students reach their potential.
• Deliver interventions for students who are behind or ahead, particularly in preparation for mock and GCSE exams.

What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants with:

• Previous school-based experience, or experience in transferable/related fields.
• A can-do attitude, an outgoing personality, and a passion for working with young people.
