Role Overview
As a Learning Support Assistant , you will:

• Support students with a range of learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve success
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the SEND team to deliver tailored support
• Help build resilience, motivation and confidence in students
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where every learner feels valued
