Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility or longer-term roles, we’ll always aim to match you with schools local to your area.

About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you’ll step into the classroom and deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Planning and marking are usually not required — your focus will be on keeping pupils engaged, safe, and learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Quickly adapting to different school environments
  • Supporting pupil learning and engagement throughout the day

Supply work gives you the flexibility to choose when and where you work — whether full-time, part-time, or just a few days per week.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary schools
  • Strong understanding of the UK Primary Curriculum
  • Classroom confidence and effective behaviour management skills
  • A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning

Early career teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.

  • Flexible roles to suit your lifestyle – from day-to-day to long-term supply
  • Competitive pay, in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)
  • A wide network of schools across Greater London
  • Access to free CPD through our in-house training team
  • Ongoing support from your own dedicated consultant
  • £150 ‘Refer a Friend’ bonus after 10 days worked
