South East CambridgeTemporary – 3-6 months – £300-£400 per dayHead of Finance (no1)Part time or Full time considered Broster Buchanan are delighted to be supporting an owner manager of a successful multisite SME manufacturing business. As the business goes through a period of reorganisation, they are seeking a lead finance individual to manage one member of staff (assistant management accountant) and work closely with the board. Initially his will be an interim engagement, with chance to develop into a part time permanent position. Key duties include: – Manage monthly close , trial balance accuracy and statutory reporting- Maintain compliance IFRS/local GAAP and internal financial control- Prepare reporting pack for the directors including Consolidation of 2 sites- support training on newly introduced Microsoft Dynamics – Ensure that reporting packs, KPI’s and dashboards are defined- Ensure balance sheet, cash flow and cash positions are accurately known and visible- Apply a different costing/overhead allocation to a product line (Support the determination of those allocations and advise as appropriate)- Liaise with the directors to help give a clear picture of the financial function position- Liaise with management as required to improve financial literacy, visibility, focus and vision. Suitable applicants will have worked in a manufacturing environment, hold a ACCA/ACA/CIMA and be available for stat during July/ early August Please out to  for full details
