Your role will involve medication induction and dosing determinations, ensuring tailored treatment plans for each individual. Additionally, you will provide primary care services as needed, fostering a holistic approach to patient health.It will be essential to maintain complete and timely documentation within patient medical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with all applicable Opioid Treatment Program laws and regulations.
