Conveyancing Solicitor | Slough, Berkshire | Full Time | £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Our client\’s firm was established in 1998. It has steadily grown to become one of Berkshire\’s most established and respected firms. They are currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Slough, Berkshire. Are you the right person for the job? A qualified solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE A proactive and professional approach with a commitment to client service Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills Can work independently and manage a full and varied caseload What will your role look like? Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions Handling a full range of commercial conveyancing matters, including leases (tenant and landlord), freehold and leasehold transactions of offices, industrial premises, retail and warehouses, etc. Managing your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion Liaising effectively with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations Maintaining high levels of client care and service standards What can you expect in return?
