Robert Walters is working partnership with a Global business. They are at early stages of a global transformation programme. As such they are keen to appoint an experienced Incident Management Lead. This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £80,000 per annum with a hybrid working model from their Oxford offices. As an experienced Incident Management Lead, you will lead the integration of Microsoft-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Endpoint Protection solutions across Security Operations and Optimization (SOO). You will play a lead modernisation and scalability of the cybersecurity framework working for the group CISO. Incident Management Lead – Duties: Strategic Leadership – Drive IAM integration and endpoint into CyberSec strategy Align security initiatives with business objectives Oversee tool selection, process development, and implementation Manage a budget to map and optimize security functions. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Incident Management Lead – Experience: Microsoft Defender for endpoint security. Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory for IAM. Design/Implement solutions ensuring integration across SOO functions Bridge between strategic planning and technical execution Provide strategic and technical guidance Leading cybersecurity initiatives in a Microsoft-centric environment.
