We have a new Team Assistant role for a leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair! This is one of our favourite clients, with excellent feedback from past candidates we have placed there. So, we are now looking for a superstar to join the London team!
You will support a small team of around 4-5 investment professionals. Good I.T. skills are a must; you will ideally have around two years of assistant experience in financial services.
Duties include:
- Diary management, extensive booking of meetings – managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events, etc. Input and maintain expenses for the investment team.
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT set up for video conferencing, if required.
- Provide full administrative support to the investment team.
- Provide support to the administration team when required.
