They are currently seeking a Labour Planner to join their team.Job Role – Labour PlannerThe Labour Planner shall ensure the successful execution of the site production plan by optimising workforce allocation, maintaining full operational coverage, and meeting headcount and budget targets.Working cross-functionally, you will ensure departments are equipped with accurate labour information and proactively address potential staffing issues, such as initiating recruitment, to prevent disruptions to production. You will also monitor KPIs, identify and resolve challenges, and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement.Duties – Labour Planner• Completion of daily resource schedule, ensuring that the required staffing levels are achieved to fulfil the daily production plan requirements.• Daily review of labour and re-allocation of staff as required to meet changes as they arise.• Identify and fulfil resource requirements ahead of schedule by reviewing the upcoming production plans, holiday, absence, sickness and site activities.• Participate in the developm…
