Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hourly Rate: 13 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday. 7am to 4:30pm, possible overtime

About the role

We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join us in Burton-on-Trent, where you will lead your team to keep several local grounds in wonderful condition. Responsibilities will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more.

Requirements

  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including with ride on mowers.
  • Previous supervisory/team leadership experience in a relevant industry would be highly beneficial.
  • A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential – ability to tow trailers would be desirable.
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
