Executive Director of Service Operations – Essex Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for tackling homelessness? Do you have a proven track record of empowering teams and creating sustainable, high-impact services? Our client is looking for a Director of Operations to join their executive leadership team and help them shape the future of homelessness support. They are committed to ending homelessness by providing tailored, evidence-based support that puts people at the heart of what they do. Their work is grounded in psychological insights and a deep understanding of the complex needs of individuals facing homelessness. Aiming for excellence, sustainability, and measurable outcomes that make a real difference to people’s lives. Benefits: * Salary banding: £65,000 – £70,000pa DOE * Hours of work 37hrs – 9am -5pm * Death in service 3 x Salary * Employee Assistance program * Pension As the Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of service development and delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a senior team to deliver an operational strategy that transforms lives.
