A leading UK law firm with a strong national presence is seeking an experienced Plot Sales and/or Residential Property Paralegal to join its thriving Residential Development team in Uxbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a background in plot sales and residential development to join a forward-thinking, supportive firm known for its collaborative culture and quality client work.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy caseload of plot sales matters from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with housebuilder clients, purchasers’ solicitors, and third parties
- Preparing contracts and standard documentation for plot sale transactions
- Reviewing and responding to pre-contract enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Assisting fee earners and supporting the wider team with administrative duties where necessary
