Contracts Manager – Main Contractor – Hertfordshire Location: Hertfordshire Salary: Competitive basic + car or car allowance and full benefits package Flexible working available Our client are seeking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team, following an internal promotion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, predominantly within commercial, education and industrial sectors. Projects typically valued between Β£250k and Β£10m and a mix of refurb, fit out and small refurbs . The Opportunity Ideally, our client are looking for individuals who can operate across multiple projects within their target sectors, looking after clients, external stake holders, site teams and with close liaison with the commercial department to drive programme, quality and profitability.
