We're working with a highly-regarded independent law firm who are looking for a Legal Secretary to work in the private client team. Based in their office in Birmingham, you’ll be supporting fee earners with administrative tasks to ensure completed quickly and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Typing and preparing correspondence, documents and forms
- Audio and dictation typing
- Opening, updating and closing files and recording client data
- Maintaining good organisation of files using a CMS
- Preparing bills and financial documentation
- Reception cover
