Linsco are pleased to be working alongside our client, a leading provider of flooring solutions, offering high-quality products and exceptional service to commercial, and industrial clients. With a reputation for excellence, they pride themselves on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Projects could range from anything from £50k to £1m from smaller to Tier 1 contractors offering a broad and exciting range of work. All projects will be around the London area, with the majority in North and Central. The Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee flooring projects from conception to completion. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution, maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of flooring projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their vision is achieved. Source materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Supervise installation teams, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within project time lines. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle.About You: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the flooring industry (residential, commercial, or industrial projects). Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software/tools.
