Company Secretarial Manager
I\’m working with a well‑established and rapidly growing accountancy and advisory firm based in the City of London, seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to lead and expand its Company Secretarial function.
The role sits at the heart of a thriving practice with a diverse and international client base across sectors including finance, property, tech and not-for-profit. You\’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute strategically to the growth of the team, while delivering expert governance advice to a varied portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of the Company Secretarial service, managing a broad client portfolio
- Act as the go‑to contact for technical company secretarial matters
- Manage incorporations, dissolutions, share transactions, director changes and confirmation statements
- Ensure statutory registers are maintained and regulatory compliance is upheld
- Provide guidance on company law, governance and directors\’ duties
- Lead on complex corporate actions including share buybacks and capital restructures
- Collaborate with partners and compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience
