Overview
PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (with finance background) for a leading multinational manufacturer of construction and mining equipment client based in Solihull.
This is an initial 12 months contract position working 5 days on site.
Duties
- Addressing customer issues and resolving complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
- Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
- Understanding of products and services offered, providing appropriate solutions to customer queries.
- Understanding and managing end of lease process.
Education/Experience
- Degree or equivalent Customer Service experience
- Oracle, Salesforce and PowerBi experience highly desirable.
- Experience in a leasing environment
- Finance background
