Job Description
We’re partnering with a well-established, product-led e-commerce company redefining how people connect and celebrate life’s moments, big and small. With millions of users worldwide, they’ve built a scalable platform that blends cutting-edge tech, personalisation, and convenience.
They’re now hiring an Onboarding Manager to lead a new team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, overseeing the smooth transition of new products from contract signature to full technical readiness.
You’ll bring strong project management, process optimisation, and team leadership skills, driving seamless onboarding by collaborating across departments, refining workflows, and championing continuous improvement.
Hybrid – 2 days per week in the London office (must be based in the UK) | 9-month FTC | Up to £50k + perks | ASAP start
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Shaping and fine-tuning onboarding processes to support smooth product transitions.
- Taking ownership of the entire onboarding cycle, from signed agreement to technical deployment readiness.
- Working hand-in-hand with Buying and Content teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Setting clear performance measures for the team and tracking progress against key targets.
- Spotting and resolving risks or blockers before they impact delivery.
- Making sure the right documentation, training, and resources are always in place.
- Acting as the go-to contact for internal updates on onboarding status.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a small team to achieve their best.
- Keeping the customer experience front and centre at every stage.
