HR Services Coordinator (12-month FTC) HR Services Coordinator (Full-Time) – Salary – £24,242 – £28,272 (dependent on experience) – Hybrid working. About the role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR support that truly makes a difference? As part of a HR Delivery team, you\’ll be providing a first line response service to over 1,300 of your colleagues and People Leaders in the UK, delivering an extraordinary customer experience offering advice and guidance on a diverse range of people related queries. This could be on helping people navigate our Workday ERP system, queries on pay, leave, terms and conditions, benefits and allowances, policies and procedures. Our People experience is at the forefront of our thinking and to support this we\’re continuously improving, whether that be by designing and implementing experience-led journeys, adding to our self-service capabilities or ensuring we\’re providing the most accurate support and advice. Through trend identification and analysis, you\’ll help us understand where we can improve upon and enhance our HR offering. You\’ll be able to get involved in all of this and also participate in other projects we have lined up. You will be responsible for performing core background administrative tasks, which include Key tasks Own and manage inbound HR queries via Workday Help, ensuring timely, accurate, and people-focused responses Deliver efficient HR services by administering core processes to high standards, including processing of pay related elements in Workday to ensure people are paid accurately and on time Ensure data accuracy, by updating, editing, or amending information in Workday and our SharePoint portal Keep an eye out for areas of continuous improvement and share findings or new ways of working with the team Provide meaningful HR metrics and insights to address business queries, for example on absence reporting, quarterly and annual people metrics Ensure all team administration is handled in line with correct business processes and customer need; for example, develop and enhance work instructions to support efficient business operation, provide support to other HR teams to enable excellent service delivery across the Function, including Workday Team, ER, Resourcing, and Learning & Development What we\’re looking for We are looking for an individual who brings both technical HR expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in an HR role is essential, and familiarity with Workday is a definite advantage. Just as important to us is finding someone who fits well with our team and culture. We adopt a hybrid working model, where work can be delivered from our incredible head office or from home. This role will require regular, weekly attendance at OSHQ.
