What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to boost revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships with key customers and regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs and analytics—offering insights and support to push results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and digital sales teams.
  • Champion multi-channel sales, including store visits and ORSYmobil opportunities.
  • Actively manage sales pipelines and support lead development across e-business and field teams.

  • Represent Würth UK at key industry events and in major client meetings.
