We\’re looking for a Construction Manager to join our Severn Trent Water team based in Wanlip.
Location: Wanlip, Leicester
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Responsibilities
- Leading site safety initiatives and fostering a positive safety culture through meaningful engagement
- Managing resources efficiently, including labour, plant, materials and supply chain relationships
- Collaborating with the Commercial Team on financial management and change control
- Ensuring all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications
- Overseeing progress against established timelines using Last Planner techniques
Qualifications
- You have experience in construction management, particularly within the water or utilities sector
- You possess relevant safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely and SMSTS
- You\’re confident in coordinating multiple teams and nurturing collaborative working relationships
- You have strong communication skills and can build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
- You\’re comfortable working with project management methodologies and Microsoft Office applications
