Overview
We\βre looking for Site Managers to join our Natural Resources team based in Norwich
Location: Norwich, Norfolk β mixture of travel to various sites/ office working
Hours: 45 hours per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorships to any candidates in this role.
Working our Anglian Water Integrated Operational Solutions framework (IOS), the team work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. We incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs.
Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you\\\βll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of site work within the Norwich area, focusing specifically on SHEQ, time and cost.
Your day to day will include:
- Working alongside the Resource Manager to manage direct labour and supply chain
- Accountable for SHEQ performance of projects including undertaking and record findings of periodic SHE visits
- Ensure completion of site paperwork, including weekly safety & environmental inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements
- Ensure delivery of projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work
- Procurement of plant, materials and specialist subcontractors

- Experience within the water/ civils/ construction industry
- Sound commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
- Full driving licence
