As a chef you will be responsible for

Menu development reflecting both modern and traditional gourmet culinary trends

Able to work harmoniously with front of house team to deliver exceptional meals, in line with service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction

Preparation and production of food items for menu/s to ensure they meet the exceptional standards

Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards

Adaptable to work across multiple kitchen outlets when rostered

Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively
-
Adhere to strict health, hygiene and safety standards at all times

Plan and manage portion control

Provide in kitchen training as required

Good personal hygiene and presentation, * At least 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen, and be trade qualified to at least an AQF Certificate III standard or equivalent

Salary range $73,000-$76,000 per annum + superannuation.
