Are you passionate about people and making a positive impact in the workplace? We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. An approachable member of the team, an individual who can share their knowledge and insight of HR best practice to our operations team members. You will be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail. Using your previous skills and experience, you will be supporting our onsite People Team across all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle. This will include posting adverts and managing applications and any following selection processes. Issuing of contracts and other onboarding documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining our employee records, keeping data accurate and confidential. Payroll preparation and processing as well as responding to any queries will also be key each month As development is a key priority for us, you will be involved in the administration tasks of training for our teams as well as supporting administrative task throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. Your skills and experience will include: CIPD Level 3 or above qualification Previous experience working in a HR administrative role
