This 12 month contract is to work closely with key internal stakeholders in the business, ensuring quick resolution to supplier issues so as to support village staff in their goal to provide an environment where our residents can age well. The successful candidate will have knowledge of key AP controls and experience of purchase order processes and controls., Invoice processing:

Accurate and timely processing of all invoices across the various companies within the Group

Matching incoming invoices to purchase orders in Coupa P2P system

Ensuring compliance of invoices with tax and accounting requirements including VAT and CIS

Processing staff expenses
-
Processing receipts/invoices supporting credit card spend
Payments:
-
Preparation of suggested payments lists as required in Coupa

Raising urgent payments and payments to CIS suppliers

Allocating direct debit payments.
Controls:

Frequent reconciliation of supplier statements and aged creditors
-
Resolving bank reconciliation matters

Credit card and account reconciliation
-
Reconciliation of supplier accounts between Coupa P2P system and PMX ERP system

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail

Ability to consistently produce accurate results to deadlines.

Excellent communication skills – customer focused attitude, ability to cope with high volumes and peak periods

Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature

Experience with P2P and ERP systems
