About the Role
Due to increasing demand, we are recruiting a multi-skilled tutor to deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences for adult learners. You'll work both online and in person , helping learners achieve qualifications in Functional Skills (Level 1 & 2) and employability.
- Deliver high-quality teaching in English, Maths, ICT , and/or Employability Skills
- Use AI tools to monitor progress and support learner success
- Facilitate workshops and intervention sessions
- Create personalised learning pathways for adult learners
- Provide online and face-to-face teaching (predominantly based in Farnborough)
About You
- Proven experience delivering adult education or training
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
- Teaching or mentoring qualification (desirable)
- Passion for helping learners succeed
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and support diverse learners
Hours and Flexibility
We offer flexible working arrangements for the right candidate:
- Minimum 14 hours/week (2 days)
- Up to 37 hours/week (full-time)
- Primarily Farnborough-based with occasional travel to workplaces
