Key Responsibilities
- Operate shredding and recycling equipment safely.
- Collect, empty, and replace factory bins and recycling containers.
- Mix and batch liquid materials following instructions.
- Operate a forklift (counterbalance/reach) to move and load materials.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow all H&S procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a two-person team.
About You
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance).
- Experience in a factory, recycling, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Physically fit with good manual handling awareness.
- Team player with a positive, safety-first attitude.
