Key Responsibilities

  • Operate shredding and recycling equipment safely.
  • Collect, empty, and replace factory bins and recycling containers.
  • Mix and batch liquid materials following instructions.
  • Operate a forklift (counterbalance/reach) to move and load materials.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow all H&S procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a two-person team.

About You

  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance).
  • Experience in a factory, recycling, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Physically fit with good manual handling awareness.
  • Team player with a positive, safety-first attitude.
