As Block Manager you\’ll manage communal areas in managed blocks and support the wider Property Management team acting as the central point of contact for clients, contractors and residents. Salary – Up to £42,000 Per Annum Location – Central London Role Type – Full time / 8:30-6 / Mon – Fri / 1 in 4 Saturdays Benefits – 25 Days Holiday + BH, Pension, Life assurance, Nursery benefit scheme, Enhanced maternity pay, discounts and more! The Role As a Block Manager, you will oversee the portfolio\’s effective management, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, fire risk assessments, and related reports. Your role includes coordinating major works and reserve fund planning, managing contracts, and conducting property inspections as per client agreements. You\’ll also collaborate with client accounts to prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, and manage debtors to stay within financial constraints. Buildings managed are mainly tenanted Georgian and Edwardian Conversions.
