Deputy Head of Adult Community Learning Much Hadham, Hertfordshire £52,496 – £56,916 per annum  This is a full-time, permanent opportunity  About the role  St Elizabeth’s has an ambitious growth and development strategy for 2025 and to complement our increasing admissions, we are transforming our education and skills offer by enhancing our social enterprise vocational provision to equip adults with SEN access to opportunities that will prepare them for adult life. To enable us to achieve our exciting plans, we are seeking a Deputy Head of Adult Community Learning, who will be responsible for leading the vision and direction of the Community Learning service within appropriate regulated arrangements to drive standards towards ‘Outstanding’. About you  You will have experience of offering innovative learning opportunities to adults and young people, along with experience of planning and implementing vocational learning activities ideally in a similar setting. You will have proven success within community settings working with SEN young people and adults. With strong commercial nous, networking and leadership skills, you will support the Director of Learning in establishing a successful provision with increased engagement, income and recognition with outstanding learning outcomes for young people and adults.  Why work for us Based across…
