This commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a contentious construction lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The firm\’s construction team acts for a full range of leading industry members on a wide range of contentious issues, including claims over time, money and defects. It provides project-based advice to help clients manage out difficult issues and to avoid disputes. If a dispute does then arise, the team has substantial experience in all methods of dispute resolution – both formal and informal. They act for a range of clients on complex and high value construction disputes, including UK adjudications, arbitrations and TCC litigation. The successful candidate will currently specialise in contentious Construction law and play an active role in the growth and success of the team in collaboration with the wider practice nationally and internationally.
