PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a leading multi-national oil and gas client based in Manchester.
This is an initial 9 months contract position offering flexible hours and hybrid working option after training.
Pay Rate £12.21 – £14.55 depending on experience.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
- Oversee the customer interface process relating to business and business issues.
- Work closely with internal resources and customers to resolve issues.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal departments to coordinate efficient and timely resolutions.
- Provide and coordinate outstanding customer service.
- Utilise the company CRM system to raise cases and actions
- Bring about product / service problem resolution by clarifying the customer\’s complaint, ascertaining the cause of the problem and expediting corrective actions
- Handle returns from customer (non-service related) and report back to customer through the appropriate channels
- Prepare report analysis of the previous day’s complaints received and deliver to the business
Education/Experience
- Strong customer service experience ideally in oil and gas or related industry required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with CRM system.
- Experience handling complaints.
