Role Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and commercially aware Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team and help run a smooth and professional office environment. You’ll be responsible for diary management, travel planning, inbox control, event coordination, marketing, and tech support.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Administration
- Provide end-to-end diary, inbox, and travel management for GEC members.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
- Coordinate documentation, reports, and presentations with a polished, professional finish.
- Manage correspondence, filter communications, and make decisions or take holding actions where appropriate.
Meetings & Events
- Organise internal and external meetings, events and video conferences.
- Support corporate events and social gatherings, from catering to room setup.
- Liaise across teams and manage event logistics with professionalism and discretion.
Special Projects & Business Support
- Assist on cross-functional business projects and support commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders and contribute administrative structure to project delivery.
- Gather and manage statistical data and internal reporting to support business goals.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with other EAs and team assistants to share best practices and provide mutual support.
